Hi from Bristol
Hi people!
I love Acorn Electrons! Had one since I was 7 (back in 1987)
I'm going to enjoy reading through all the threads on this forum though I do have an ulterior motive for joining...
My favourite Elk has broken and was hoping somebody can help identify the problem. I'll post some details in a bit.

Hi, welcome to our forum!
I live far away from you, I'm from Brazil.
I'm sure someone will help you with your Elk!

Hi, tomo - good to see yet another Elk user. Sorry to hear it's a bit poorly and will be only too happy to assist in your repairs, as will lots of other folk around here!

Welcome on board Tomo!
The more details you can give about your sick Elk, the more advice we can give
Good luck with the repairs

Re: Hi from Bristol
Welcome, tomo.
The Elk is very popular here. If it comes to the worst and your Elk is unrepairable there are often cheap ones going on eBay.

Hi tomo! Hope you manage to get the Elk working. Hit it with a hammer (No, don't!)
Re: Hi from Bristol
Thanks for the warm welcome! It's great there are so many Electron fans out there.
Hope we can get my Elk up and running again... I'll post details in the hardware section...
