SOURCES: Missing BBC Games Help Required!

Post by fuzzel »

I've set up this topic as a complement to the Missing BBC Games Help Required! page.

Original thread here: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=14458

Could anyone post adverts, reviews and their sources please for the missing games listed in the above.
My starters for ten are the following:

A Carver - Lander, Maximus, Life-Survival, Starshot II, Alpha Worm, Pairs, Memy, Treasure-Hunt, Mastermind, Bouncing-The-Cat. Acorn User, November 1986: p215 - Small Ads:

Nice, but in your post could you please add a link to the original thread?

Here is the link in question:

Gah!
I spent hours and hours last week looking through sources on archive.org which helped me clear some dubious items from the list (and add some new ones), but I didn't save any

If I can summon the energy I will try and add some later.

PS I wonder what the odds are of finding anything from one of these tiny classified ads?!

It's a long, long, long shot but perhaps someone (me even) could write a nice letter to the address in the ad and maybe, just maybe, the person concerned or a relative still lives there. If not it's very unlikely (but not impossible) that we'd get a forwarding address.
