The Apple looks really nice, if only: a) I had the space, and b) I could have persuaded my wife not to beat me with it.

If I had the space I would be keeping it.

You would be safe from your wife unless she is REALLY strong. It is probably too heavy to pick up. :D

At least that is problem B sorted!

Electron Elite by Superior Software. Box and manual only - no cassette. Just the case and manual!

This does look nice on the shelf but I don’t have an elk!

The manual has a bit of pencil writing at the back.

£5 plus p&p.

Edit - Elite went separately.

Edit - this is off to be repaired shortly.

Acorn full height disc drive - not working. When I got this I cleaned the head and removed a bit of label from inside the drive and gave it a go. It started formatting a disc but stopped at track 27 and make disc access noises (rather than the ‘chunk-chunk-chunk’ noise it had been making).
Now all it does it make disc access noises. I have unplugged all the plugs and reconnected them. This is the limit of my skills. I was going to pay to have this repaired as the case is in nice condition but doubt I will get round to it now.

£20 plus p&p. It weighs 2.1Kg so won’t be able to go via Royal Mail for cheap unfortunately.

Suncom Starfighter joystick. I tested this on my C64 and it worked nicely.
This came with a Tac-2 and I only really wanted the Tac-2 so here it is!
There are some cable ‘melt marks’ underneath but the top is in pretty good condition.

£15 plus p&p seems the going rate for these.

As a random aside is anyone is interested in swapping a nice working ZX80 or Atom for the Apple and discs / manuals? I think they are more or less aligned value wise, certainly based on eBay sales.
There is a pretty good chance that is where the money would end up anyway sooner or later!

The Apple has now gone.

Edit - it turns out the money is going to be used by Mrs Boffin to replace our dish washer which just broke. Not really what I had in mind.
