Neat. I like the little outrigger to support the SD board. Can you still get to the port clip thingies once it’s in?
Yes, the need for the outrigger came from KenLowe's User Port Extender where Ken found that there was a noticeable sag in the tail of the Arduino card when hanging under the adapter in the connector well. Yes, I will post pictures when I have built one up.
I also like your idea of having a universal adapter - is your vision to sub populate it depending on what people want, or would you build every one up with both headers?
Since I don't have a Master, I will fully populate the adapters for my own use on the Beeb. To fit under the Master, only one Header can be affixed as there just isn't enough space in the Master's connector well.
Presumably the power pins are just there as a convenient power source for other things you may wish to power?
Yes. It is a convenient power take-off for an RPi adapter on the 1MHz Bus Port which is unpowered or any other device like my Logic Probe which requires 5V dc. It is difficult to pick up a Vcc on the Mainboard without using grabber clips which I dislike.

I'll be ready to start shipping my version soon, to those who said they wanted one. Just waiting for some connectors and grabber clips to arrive.

Finally got the JST connectors I needed on the slow boat - I'd also ordered grabber clips in coordinated colours but when they arrived the internals were steel (not copper) so I couldn't solder to them - hence the slightly unsatisfying mix of colours due to the clips that I had in:

Here it is attached:

I've got 5 ready to go, with another 15 boards to build up if and when people want them.

Cost including postage is -
  • £8.50 full kit with an EPROM*
    £7.50 full kit without EPROM
£7.50 board kit with no cables, with EPROM - requires mod to beeb
£6.50 board kit with no cables, no EPROM - requires mod to beeb
    £1.60 PCB only (postage inc.)

These should work on a Master but I don't have one to test with, and we'd need to work out where to clip the leads.
