Model B 27C512 EPROM adapters

Post by cmorley » Tue Jun 06, 2017 9:06 am

Quite a while ago I made some 27C512 (64kB) EPROM adapters for the BBC A/B while I was working out the construction method for my RAM boards. I've finally got round to listing them for sale.

Esentially they are the simple IC26 pin 11 & 12 mod you can do with a knife and soldering iron to a A/B motherboard but in a daughter board with clips to IC26 - so no soldering required & no modification needed. So if you want to use a 27C512 quickly with minimal fuss or be able to revert the machine back to standard, then this might be for you. If you want to tinker and get the soldering iron out then do the "free" mod.
My website is slowly improving... more pics and info over there:

£12.50 + P&P each on the forum. They are also listed on a popular auction site.

PM me if you're interested in this or any of my other memory upgrades for the Model B.
