Looking for a game

Post by Ioerror »

Hi

Apologies if it’s been asked before, I’m looking for a game which I guess was an educational title for the A3000. You started off with an archeological site divided into a grid, clicking squares unearthed various Egyptian artefacts. If you got the right one then there was some short adventure finding out more about it. Anyone else remember this or what it was called? Or is it a figment of my imagination?

It definitely existed, I remember playing it for a few minutes on a machine I bought a while back (sadly now in storage otherwise I would get it out and look for you!) ... I think it was pretty well known so hopefully someone will be along in a minute to remind you (us!) of the name!

EDIT: A bit of Googling suggests it was "ArcVenture"! And it is apparently still available: https://arcventure.online

Thanks for that, should have just googled it. With an RPC packaged download, very helpful! Now time to figure out how to transfer to the A3010 for a true nostalgia fest.
