Legendary Speccy Assembler written for Windows

Post by Pablos544 » Mon Apr 30, 2018 11:17 am

Hi All,

I've just read this on a fb group Z80 Assembly Programming On The ZX Spectrum 8)

Apparently they've developed a version of Zeus legendary Spectrum Assembler for the Windows platform.

The developer, Simon, also adds an IDE to this version, plus an integrated emulator.

I thought with so much interest in the Speccy lately what with Rick Dickinson RIP [-o< and the 35 birthday of the ZX Spectrum not to mention that there's this new version of the ZX Spectrum designed by the original bloke coming out that you guys might wanna check it out. Might be good in the middle of all this Spectrum hysteria. Specially considering some of you are pretty good at coding BeebAsm  -pablo

[EDIT: btw did you know that the Z80 was based on a early version of the Intel 8080?]
[EDIT: it's quite up to date, last update just March this year
[EDIT: get a load of this turns out this guy Simon is none other than SIMON BRATTEL legendary Design Design Programmer WHOA!! =D> =D> =D> ]
