Not found in the archives or in wish lists. Is this a missing title?

Ooooooooh. Not one we ever came across at TBGA, and the title alone suggests it's as likely to be a peripheral for the Atom as anything else.

Whichever machine it was written for, though, the date given on the blurb of 1985 is 100% erroneous - that black and white packaging had all but stopped being used by Micropower by the latter stages of 1982, as had the "Program Power" moniker long before 1985.

I have made files from Dave's tape of that.

So that means it is in a library somewhere? If not, I have the tape here.

Never heard of this one either - can you post a .wav?
Might be fun to give it a play.

Apologies for the delay. I'll have a wav up sometime this weekend.

I have to admit that this doesn't sound right and it won't load for me.

There aren't any loading instructions, but it sounds like the recording rate is not standard ... but that is just me guessing.

I'm almost convinced that this is for another machine and not for a BBC.

The name is a bit of a giveaway that it's for the Atom rather than BBC...

I would upload the files but I don't know how to use any file hosting sites.

Fraser, unless you're talking about mammoth sized files, you can zip anything and attach them to posts to this forum - which also means we don't end up with dead links later down the line.

For larger files, I can sort out access to an FTP site for anyone who drops me a PM.

Sam.

Any chance of a copy of the WAV file or an SSD file please? You can e-mail me directly if it helps.

I have a seriously problematic time with csw and uef formats.

Here is the other side. I use Gold Wave but I expect other programs will convert it to WAV. FLAC is a lossless format. I have quite a few other files that I made for the preservation site.

Fraser: the Windows Atom Emulator is due to be released shortly, and the plan is to include those UEF & CSW files (in addition to the cover/cassette/documentation scans) on the emulator homepage.

Thanks Fraser, I'll give that a shot.

Those are the version of Atomstore for the BBC B, right?

Atomstore is for the Atom, not the BBC. Hence the name.

Ah. My apologies.

I mis-read an earlier post and I thought that someone had files of a version for the BBC B.

My mistake.

Hi there,

Atomstore is a database program written in Basic for the Acorn Atom. On STH you can find an advert from Program Power:
