ABUG Sheffield - Newsletters (1983-1987)

Post by Arcadian » Mon Sep 07, 2020 6:29 am

Thanks to CommanderCoder (Andrew Hague) who scanned in his collection of almost 40 newsletters that were issued by ABUG Sheffield between 1983-1987.

Had no idea that we (as in ABug) effectively had a predecessor that shared the same name - but thought it was cool so I've added the scans to the website for the [21st century!] ABug! Grab them here.

They've also been added to archive.org (thanks Scruss!).

They evidently continued issuing newsletters after 1987 so if you were previously a member of ABUG Sheffield and happen to still own some of the missing newsletters, please step forward!

Would love to hear any stories from ex-members about the physical events if they can remember that far back!
