Time and Magik trilogy by Level 9

Post by fuzzel » Sun Jan 06, 2019 3:51 pm

I've just had a look at Level 9's Lords of Time in the "Time and Magik" trilogy collection and have a small gripe with the graphics version. The command line is partly off the bottom of the screen (in Beebem Master 128 mode) so it's hard to see what you're typing. Does this happen on a real Master or is it an emulation bug (I can't imagine Level 9 / Mandarin would have put up with it) ?

I'm getting the same issue on BeebEm....

Real hardware works properly...

Also, the animated graphics 'scroll down' is much smoother

I wonder if anyone knows exactly how "enhanced" this version of Lords of Time is ? From the first few locations the location text is expanded and obviously graphics have been added but are there more puzzles, locations and objects ?
