BBC Micro "Speech!" missing from Complete BBC Games Archive

Post by HappyHorus » Wed Mar 01, 2017 4:17 pm

Having posted my video of "Speech!" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8wyUsaDAyI in 2007, it was found by its writer David Hoskins who commented

"Hey, I wrote this!!!! : ) Thanks for posting it. I remember standing like a fool in a record shop just stunned about it being played on the Radio Chaos album. I just couldn't believe what I was hearing!
Going 'ahahahah,' 'eeeeee' and 'oooo' into a microphone at just the right pitch to fit the waveform into exactly 128 bytes took ages I seem to remember....those were the days.
Dave."

I've noticed it's not in the Complete BBC Games Archive and would be a worthy addition. Pretty impressive stuff for 1985!

I think this is not a game. It is a utility. So, the "Complete BBC Games Archive" is not the right place for it.
This place have only games, not applications or utilities.
