Hi All,
Just re-posted Disc 037 in Section 3 thanks to Forum members finding a bug in The Golden Figurine.
The *FX212,3 has been changed to *FX212,16 in its loader.

EDIT: By popular demand, I have just posted the disc again as the version now on D037 has been restored to its original fast running speed.
The slowed down old version/hack has now been added to ALTD013 and will be posted once that disc is full.

I Hope this is OK with everyone.
Mick

Hi All,
Just re-posted Disc 068 in Section 5 due to adding some inlay instructions to Pettigrew's Diary.
Also, First Moves Chess's instructions have been compacted using PRES Advanced BASIC Editor in order to allow it to work correctly from disc without needing DTRAP.

NOTE: I have not changed Pettigrew's Diary or Confrontation's files over to the newly compacted ones as those are still being tested and have not yet been confirmed as playable to completion yet.

Mick.

Created in June 2020... here is Games Disc 147.
Disc147.zip
(42.98 KiB) Downloaded 15 times
The disc is called Disc147.dsd so it can be loaded into a Datacentre on a real BBC without having to rename it.

The 18 games on this disc include...

Voida from Popular Computing Weekly.
Hexplode (2P) from PCW Software.
Death Race 2000 (36 Challenging Games) from Interface Publications.
Laser Cycles from Popular Computing Weekly.
3-D Maze from Games BBC Computers Play.
Gobble (100 Programs for the BBC) (2P) from Prentice-Hall International.
Crossfire! (2P) (Joysticks only) from Popular Computing Weekly.
Meteor Attack from Acorn Computing (12.04).
Sky-Line Demolition (AKA Bomber) from Home Computing Weekly.
Tron Light Cycles (2P) from Popular Computing Weekly.
Downhill Skiing (36 Challenging Games) from Interface Publications.
Helicopter from Acorn Computing (12.10).
Brickie from Popular Computing Weekly.
Fish from Beebug (12.09).
Portals (36 Challenging Games) from Interface Publications.
Amateur Golf from Popular Computing Weekly.
BBC Backgammon from A & B Computing (1.10).
Othello from Roundhouse Software.

EASTER EGGS: If you press ESCAPE during some of the loaders and instructions, then you can skip to loading the game... This only works on Meteor Attack.

All original filenames have been kept where possible, but some have been changed where they conflict with the limitations of the Disc Filing System. Copy protection routines have been removed.
This disc has also been checked for *KEY related issues and is OK.

Enjoy!
Mick.

Disc 148 will be out next month.
