BeebEm Query

Post by BBC 128K Fan » Tue Jun 25, 2019 5:26 pm

Hi!

I was wondering was there any way to print hard copies using BeebEm?

For example, playing Football Director, if you wanted to print out the league tables, can you do this?

The game nor the emulator appears to have a print option?

Than ks for your help.

Thanks.

I had hoped to copy text to PDF but it seems unlikely as an option.

All the best :)

For many Beeb programs that utilise fairly standard screen textual output, it is possible to select the printer output on and off as we did bitd using <Ctrl><B>. If this is the case, you can use the BeebEm menu to select the printer option to On and the destination to Clipboard when the Beeb program's screen output that you have directed to the printer with <Ctrl><B> will be then captured on the clipboard of your host PC for copying and pasting as required.

Don't know though whether in your specific case, Football Director responds to <Ctrl><B>.....?
