thanks for the link Dave, but that was for the Model B (16kb x1), I am looking for B+ replacements (64kb x 1)

The circuit can be found here - a bit fuzzy but readable. And it specifies 4164s so it looks like your good to go.

thanks for all your help Dave - much appreciated. Although i've noticed thatin the post Brexit era, postage for these has gone up, so has delivery times, and it will also probably get hit with an admin fee at the post office...

I've just found some HM4864P-3 - these look like they should work, they are 128 cycle refresh and 200ms - but the table i've seen mention HM4864AP, not these. I can't find anywhere the differences - can anyone elighten me?

How many 4164s do you need? I have 6 and can test them . . . They might not all be new!
