8271 disk formatter program

Post by sorvad » Wed Jun 13, 2007 7:39 pm

Can anyone supply an ssd image with an 8271 disk formatter program on it ? I've look on here and spent nearly an hour googling but can't find one. The original program came on the welcome disk that came with the disk upgrade.

Ta in advance :D

I've just checked and Tom supplies a welcome.ssd image with B-EM, and so does Mike Wyat with BeebEM, I've loaded the images into BeebEm and FORM40 and FORM80 programs are on the disc image, failing that use the Watford DFS ROM image Mike includes within the BeebEm Beebfile folder and use the built in ROM commands.

If you like I can email you an ssd just send us a PM with your email address.

All the Best

Oh, that's just embarrassing  I spent ages surfing for it last night when all the time I've got it on my PC already !

Feel foolish now

I'm OK for the image, I've found it in BeebEM. I've got a formatted 80 track floppy ready to receive it. So peeved at the time I wasted last night !

Thanks for your help :)
