I could send you one to measure-up?

Dave H :D
I actually got advice on this kind of thing and some 3D printing assistance recently - more on the latter in due course - and it was recommended that I get some "digital calipers" which apparently have very high accuracy, although I imagine it depends on how you use them.

So, I'm not convinced I'm currently well enough equipped to do the job, although I suppose I could rise to the challenge if necessary. Maybe someone with one of the units without a proper case - I seem to remember Slogger doing something like that - might be a better recipient, but if you really are desperate for the space then I'll gladly do the work that posterity demands.

No pressure or anything, there.

A quick search locally (and learning the Norwegian word for calipers) indicates that the only obstacle is really my own laziness in procuring a set. If there are no other takers, and if you really need the space and the alternative would be the "afterlife for peripherals", I'd certainly take a Plus 1 case and try and "digitise" it. :)

Stay tuned for details of related hardware digitising efforts!

Whilst looking for my copy of Tube Elite (not found, as yet) I cam across these discs and thought they may, or may not, be of interest to someone:
Discs0.jpg
Discs1.jpg
Discs2.jpg
Discs 3, below: Alan would be Alan Glover. He did some work for Pineapple, for us (ACP/P.R.E.S.) and finally worked at Acorn. - He also did the RiscOS Protection Discs (if I could remember the title!)
Discs3.jpg
Discs4.jpg
Discs5.jpg
Discs7.jpg
Discs8.jpg
Discs9.jpg
Discs10.jpg
If anyone is interested I can let you 'borrow' them, as long as you copy and Archive :D

What date is the podule? That disc says 1990 - so it will be a RISC OS 2 application and possibly just to read MS DOS discs? (As that 'luxury' wasn't built in back then..)

Yes you're right (again ;-) ) so it's not what I'm looking for (the latest drivers for the Arxe podule).
Read your emails please, Phoenix 8)

Kryoflux is for another day (Retirement, OK 'semi', I have less time now than when I worked full time :? ), however, I do plan to bring ALL my discs to Halifax so folks can browse and see if there is anything of interest.

I assumed that "source" referred to "maker", whatever that is, but it would be a nice surprise if it turned out to be for Snapper instead. :)

VL2333 is an Arm2.

Anna is the original MEMC1.

The A3x0/A440 MEMC1a upgrade replaced the Anna MEMC1 and a 20 pin PAL IC - which is probably that 20 pin IC you have there.

I'd certainly be interested in one of you Anna chips and one 276031/01, to try some downgrading(!). :)
