This is a long shot...
Is there a source for the A3000 keyboard connectors? I'm repairing battery damage and there is quite a lot of greenish / bluish deposits in the connectors. One pin has broken off in the lower connector.
I have no idea what to search for online. I tried CPC and Farnell but I keep getting results showing IDC connectors. I searched these forums and read that Farnell might have them but what do I search for? Also I believe user Zarchos (?) might have some but I can't sent him a PM as I'm new here and haven't enough posts yet.
Thanks.

They're FFC (flat flexible cable) sockets. Might also be described FPC (flex printed circuit) or "flex PCB connectors". The ones in the A3000 are 2.54mm pitch and 20 contacts. I don't know offhand what the cable thickness is but you could measure it with a micrometer.

Zarchos is banned from here so you won't be able to get in touch with him via this forum.

Thanks for the info. That link doesn't take me to a specific product, just a general mouser page, is that correct?
EDIT think I found it. Just looking now. Thanks.
