RTFM Joystick interface

Post by sirbod » Wed Mar 28, 2018 10:07 am

Does anyone have any documentation on how this interface works?

EDIT: I believe the interface came with a floppy, that contains an example program "ReadJoy" - that may contain the info, or the floppy may have some documentation on it.

EDIT2: I've been directed to www.retro-kit.co.uk which contains a copy of the floppy that came with the interface. Be aware that it contains the Extend virus - I've notified Paul.

EDIT3: I have now figured out how the interface works and have it working in the next release of ADFFS.

From the name of this interface it is indeed obvious that the manual is needed for using it. :D

I looked out the manual that came with my RTFM interface but it turned out to be a single information sheet with no technical details at all. I think it is not much use, but might have some curiosity value if you haven't already seen it:
