Using an FPA10 @ 33MHz

Post by CJE-4D » Wed Feb 28, 2018 4:35 pm

I've an FPA10 that has come out of a 33MHz A5000. AIUI the FPA10 is rated for 26MHz use and the FPA 11 at 33MHz. I presume the A5000 will have been running it at 33MHz. Any suggestions for software to test the FPA10?
IIRC !Sick will confirm its presence.

!Draw will give floating point a reasonable workout, and everyone has a copy. If things stay the same shape when you rotate them, floating point is working at least somewhat. (-8

If it’s any use, I detailed all the games that use the FPA here

Thanks for the suggestion and info. I've had more information from the previous owner that they are not sure if they ever actually used it! So I think 25MHz use is appropriate.
