sadly its true. I am, however, an old fan of the BBC (Model B). Got one back in Xmas of 83, literally played on it until my fingers blistered over, then played until my blisters got blisters. Came to the site via a Chuckie Egg fan page, saw a question I think I can answer, so registered to help out. Be interested to see where this takes me!
Favourite games on the Beeb: Frak! Killer Gorilla Mr Ee Chuckie Egg (of course!), always really hated Snapper, mainly because my dad held the top score and I couldn't beat him.
Still playing games avidly, even at 40. Xbox all the way, would love to see a BBC emulator on that I could use my pad to control!

Welcome on board!
Not sure about the X-Box, but othere are other similar controllers that plug into a PC, and I'm sure BeebEm or B-Em can be made to map to them?
Mark.
