Greetings!

Post by acorn coffee » Sun Dec 01, 2019 6:18 pm

Hi guys and gals! 8) I've been enjoying RISC OS since the 1990s and programming most of my life. I've spent a bit of time lurking on these forums but you might have seen me on the ROOL forums (Andy S on there but I'm definitely a different one to the Andy S registered on here!). My favourite RISC OS computer is still my Risc PC as I'm a little bit of an Acorn purist, I guess (I especially love the design and aesthetics of that machine), although I'm also enthusiastic about the continued development of RISC OS.

 I'll have to try it sometime. I like the idea it could be freely available. Apart from that, all the good (and some not so good) puns on Acorn and RISC were already taken by now. It's a very British tradition isn't it? You don't see many software products, companies or organisations named after puns about Windows!

If that's true then my grey matter must be in decline as I used to drink lots of tea then went off the stuff, developing a love of coffee as I aged.
