Well I don't like to disappoint the fans.
So for better or worse here is the colour cycled 'cut down' version with compromises. It can be seen on a beeb and it has got Jaws in it Dave!

Hey pixel great pics!!

One change I have planned for ART is to allow using more colours for cycling and less for the picture itself, so for the swimmer pic we could reserve 3 colours for the drawn / visible areas being blue, cyan and black, and 13 colours reserved for cycling which would allow for more moving / animated bits .

Drawing : 0,1,2 (can be changed to any of the 7 mode 2 colours)
Animated: 3-15 (to be used for animation)

Need to work out how to control and visualise the controls for this change

Doh, I forgot to spaminform you all about this year's Teletext Block Party this weekend!

For obvious reasons we're unable to hold the intended physical meet, so we're moving the festivities online.
Livestreams etc are loosely planned for Saturday, and the block party teletext editing server has been online for a couple of weeks for people to make submissions and enter the art contest.
