Ravenskull maps

I sort of started and gave up on this project, so this is just a note to anyone interested in picking it up and taking it further. It's really only a package of Python modules that can read bits of the Ravenskull level data from the Electron version and show each of the levels in their more-or-less correct form, but lacking the different sprites for each level. I started to work out the sprite mapping for each level but was bored with it by then.

You can't edit the maps and save back to a UEF file with the editor despite the appearance of a menu item. :) It doesn't read the object sprites, so just displays crosses where objects would occur in the game. It doesn't display where an object could be used, though that information is read for some objects.

Anyway, the code can be found in a repository on Bitbucket. Maybe we'll see an Atom version of Ravenskull in due course. ;)
