Re: Electron User Mini Office

Hi all. Can someone kindly transfer Mini Office to disk and upload it. I could not find it anywhere. Thanks I have the Mini-Office PCB with all 4 x ROM on-board. It would, probably, work in the Electron if someone could get it to work in Mode 6 - as opposed to Mode 7 where you can't control the cur...

P.S.: Keep the fingers crossed that the ULA is still alive. All the rest I can fix.
Even if the ULA is goosed - we can fix short term (a loan ULA) and long term read this thread :D

Welcome to the Forum, Eratosthenes . . . (had to look the name up!) Elejoy . . . So, can you leave your Electron switched on overnight now? A real test of your ULA contact cleaning :D There's lots to add-on and now, if you're interested in Games, you don't need a tape recorder or a Plus 1 . Dave H :D

Was this the podule? - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/264257654489 How much did you pay, looks like you got the seller to end the listing. I did, and suggested he did a buy-it-now for my offer - which he very kindly agreed too. It was very 'dusty' so went into the dishwasher  Now lovely and cl...

A3000 RISCOS ROMs or ROM images wanted

I've just completed refurbing my 'house' A3000 that had died. All stripped down, including the keyboard - in the dishwasher  everything came out sparkling (didn't put the keyboard metal plate, polymer or PSU in there [-X ). Replaced all 12 10u Tantalums - rebuilt and now all working. I've a...

I have some more questions about this plus4-module: 1. Can anyone see a possibility of adding ROM carts? 2. How would I go about adding more EPROMs? (who could make them, for instance) 3. Any sign of 'dangerous' capacitors in this plus4 that might need replacing? I like the case - it looks like it'...

Everyone above the line's paid now. Most parts have appeared, just waiting on the resistor packs and the 74AHC125Ss which should turn up today. How much longer do you make them? Do you have any examples you could share? The board works fine, I didn't even have to re-spin the PCB due to routing goofs :D But the case has been giving me fits. Quoting from the Read Me file in my archive of Baildon IDE stuff... There is a small problem with RO4 in that the drive icons appear at the wrong height. Until we get this fixed properly put this in the Choices.Tasks directory of your !Boot directory and it will make all the icons the right height....
