Re: How to clean a BBC Micro

Ive found floor wipes to be very good, and can be pulled gently along through a disgusting keyboard to make them.. less disgusting. With a brush, they seem to get the grubinness off a case well. Never dared use a dishwasher.

Else i use kitchen cleaner and scrub!

Re: Matchbox copro help please

in reply to daniel; my model B boots into 1770 dfs, and has an internal DC.It boots to "Acorn Tube 65C102", seems stable in basic, but It locks up after 20 seconds when running biged's test as above. I've not tried disconnecting the DC.

I also worked in a computer shop, in my case in Potters Bar in Herts and imaginatively (or superb marketing-ly) called.. "The Computer Shop" This was after I messed up my A levels. A friend worked for them so I just kindof started there. Nice people. The first computer I sold was a Dragon 32, the se...

Re: Today I received.....

Jon B with the TRS model 4! I can help.

I use an old beeb drive in my modern-ish PC to write M4 disks (needs a certain floppy controller, eg Asrock Intel P4i65G £20 off ebay) and also have a CF Hard drive emulator on my M4. Writing disks is simple, honest.

I'll pm you, sure we can get you software.
