I've been pondering the same sort of question. I have a Surface Pro and it's a fabulous machine but I have a few issues with it - You can't sit it comfortably on your lap 'cos it's not a laptop (!) - The screen has such a high resolution in a small screen I can't read anything without my glasses on ...
