Re: Compact Flash on a master 512

XP won't read the card directly, you have to save the ADFS image and then "restore" it to the card. So, if you want to add stuff to your card .... (1) Bung the card into your PC (2) Do a CF backup (3) Mount the backup you just made in(2) in ADFS explorer (4) Make changes & save (5) Restore the saved...

That's a good start, needs to refer to the chips by IC number and type though. It really hard to read the IC numbers on the boards, and having to look at diagrams is a pain.

6502 Second Processor Elite

Is there a version of 6502 Second Processor Elite that doesn't have the bazillion credits and fully loaded Cobra in the default Jameson profile ?

Would be nice to start again (after all these years) from scratch and see if I can get to "elite" again :D

Re: Vintage Computer Fest, 19-20 Jun 2010, Bletchley

HI All, I noticed that there is a "Beeb Repair Surgery" on the floorplan. Not having been to one of these before, and at the risk of asking a (potentially) obvious question  , if I bring along my 6502 Co-Pro, could they have a stab at fixing it ?
