That's pretty bloody good that is, not quite 'Jesus on E's' good but still very impressive. Are you kidding ? The Amiga demo is technically very poor, the Archie demo is miles ahead ! Coming from a technical standpoint you're probably right. I simply enjoy JoE more plus the music is a LOT better.

Any pub or public building is smoke free that's half the problem, I don't want to deprive you of your enjoyment of social drinking. Just don't deprive me of mine. I'm more than happy to have a separate room/building for the non smokers or like I said just have private smokers only pubs and private n...

Finally, Acorn convinced them to create a third version, stripped down even more, for the BBC Micro’s little brother, the Acorn Electron, an attempt to compete with the cheap Sinclair Spectrum that Acorn had introduced the previous year.

Re: Sad news...

Just adding an opt out clause to the no smoking ban in public places would go a hell of a long way to restoring the pub scene in this country. I''ve got no problem if someone doesn't want to breathe in the smoke I exhale at all I just think that if I want to sit in a room full of other consenting ad...

Oh wow this blew up! Daily Mail... Oh dear lol Definitely give vaping a try Col the only problem is the initial outlay, a decent vaporizer will set you back a good few quid. Of course you could try one of the cheaper E-Lites brand as I think you can be up and running with those for about £10-15 and ...

I yearn for the halcyon days when you could sit in your local, drink a reasonably priced pint and smoke.

Admittedly I vape these days and the offy is so much cheaper it's almost a no brainer but I do miss the social scene and hanging out at friends houses just isn't the same.

Both directions for me but I did have to look at it for about 1 minute.

Not completely decided on whether its a 'proper' optical illusion or the gif is actually changing the direction of the spin.
