I watched half of the Daniel Jameson Abug talk on Greaseweazel yesterday. There are some hints and tips here, notably don't use q-tips to clean the drive heads as it can cause misalignment (in one axis or another). Lots of other useful tips in that video as well.

... I use with my M128, not sure whether it's the one that was repaired 3 times though because I had 2 at one point and gave one away. Today with the ABUG meeting this monitor came back does someone know what the Acorn modification where. The solder braiding was an interesting suggestion
