Re: For sale: A1 Posters - Acornsoft games - BBC Micro & Acorn Atom
The Atom posters arrived and look great (see pics below). All the remaining orders were sent out in yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon's post 1st class as planned, so hopefully they'll be with their new owners soon! I've only got 3 of the Atom posters left now (and probably a slightly higher number of ...

Weekday 'Virtual' General session #16, Tuesday 2nd February 2021, 7pm - 10pm (GMT)
The next general 'General' Acorn session on Zoom will take place Tuesday 2nd Feburary from 7pm until 10pm. The Tuesday evening meets are quite different to the Saturday events which are highly structured with many organised speakers giving presentations. Tuesday meets tend to be very much ad-hoc whe...

Yes, slice open, clean each side of the surface with your fingers and soap, leave to dry on a towel, insert into a clean donor sleeve (that's had the 'cloth' removed) then retry. If you don't have Kryflux/Greaseweazel/Pi FDC then Discbeast on the 1770 B or Master is a good option. Obviously need to ...

Wow, good luck with it all Ian, with that many floppies to go through you're bound to uncover all sorts of things missing from the online archives ... Re: The iconic BBC Elite box screenshot, recreated
Note that Electron Elite features the wrong screenshot - the version in the snapshot below is a monochrome adaption of the BBC screenshot, however Mark has since re-created the actual screenshot that appeared on the Electron box, so I'd update the poster design to use this version. See below bottom...

IanS and BillCarr I will PM you the meeting info now. If you'd like to regularly receive the Dev Night invites let me know.

Sounds like we may need to dedicate a chunk of time to James (dudleysoft71) as there is clearly a lot of interest and potentially questions!
Shall we put down 7.30pm - 8.00pm? (And if there are any coding help requests - which there haven't been any of so far - could be moved to 7.00 - 7.30pm?)
