go into your old mobile / tablet 5v Adaptor drawer, pick out something 1AMP for a non modded Atom.
if new mods, or old ram mod boards, use >1AMP

I use these, easy as pie 8)

or could it have been the tape itself having become fragile? ^This never use old tape decks from 1982~ [-X use a new Sony HiFi Walkman ONLY :wink: if auto stop always kicks in, copy it on a Hi-Fi to a good TDK D90, then play that. this way, you don't kill the last copy in the universe :mrgreen:

^ no problem Erik 8) as per my pic, being from above here is new photo showing the numbers, as the ribbon cable hid the numbers 1 & 2 on my older pic pins3.jpg you can also take out the ADFS1.00 rom (as it's buggy as hell, to say the least..) & just put in DFS in it's place, so PAGE is set to &1900 ...

just noticed one of my other laptop speed on Speedtest.net over wifi is only 6:1 :roll: put in LAN, and full 37:7 :roll: so they now have knackered the sound card driver on one laptop, & Ralink WiFi driver on the other FFS! :evil: only one today : 2018-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 180...

Just follow the broken tracks (bet only 3), & use small jumper wire to re make the same path.
I've done it on a few electrons & they now work fine! 8)

Probably when they have been is salt water or when a old battery has leaked it's guts.

then the PCB is beyond fixing, unless your want to sit for hours re making tracks with jumper wire....

^nothing to do with R-Break, batterys, as would get a screen but in wrong mode / settings.

try on another Scart TV, or try your lead with a known working elk / beeb :?
