Great! You are getting somewhere! I don't understand what you are saying about supp.zip though. Is there still a problem? It would be useful to understand what is on your hard disc. Is there a !Boot, and is it a file or an application? You can check this by holding Shift and double clicking on it. ...

ahhh!! Ok, i was unzipping first on my PC :mrgreen: THANK YOU !

so stupid i am :mrgreen:

The problem is that into SUPP.ZIP there is the same file disk image that before BLANK.ADF :mrgreen:

(but now i can unzip some games, just tried WOLFENTEIN 3D !!! My god ! Like on 386DX !!!)

Aha, I thought maybe you might run into that problem. The ADF file is an image of a complete floppy disc. It would be useful with a Gotek drive, but I didn't realise that you don't have one. What you will need is the zip file of the application, and then unzip it using !Sparkplug on the A3010. The ...

I found it and extracted it onto this ADF image for you - along with the Risc OS port of the Great Escape from the Spectrum (which just happened to be on there already...!) just another little thing about PRINT in VDU 5 mode (graphic), if i PRINT at the same place, the text overprint on the old text is it possible to write a text at the same place which erases the text below ? (For exemple to update a value as Health) (don't know if I am clear as my english is very bad)

yes indeed with DEF PROC I suppose GOTO and GOSUB are no use. I ask the question because BASIC V need lines... BUT I see that when we transfert from STRONGED to BASIC V, there are automatic number generated, 2, 3.... so it's perfect Can we include a procedure into a procedure ? Like this : PROClevel...

I succesful double buffering by doing that :


REPEAT

IF SCR=1 THEN *FX 112,1
IF SCR=0 THEN *FX 112,0

...draw... animations....

IF SCR=1 THEN *FX 113,1
IF SCR=0 THEN *FX 113,0
IF SCR=0 THEN SCR=1 ELSE SCR=0

UNTIL FALSE



Fully working !

I also need to check if we can do an instant refreh of the screen (like double buffering)

To display for example my 11x11 tiles in one time (with no wave)

command *SHADOW is perhaps the solution ?

I have seen about all the 8-16-32bit machines between 1980 and 1992

start using StrongEd but... cannot find option to load a test or basic program !

But whats happen if a distribute the program or compil it ??? For a user who has has not allocated memory to sprites ? ...
