Re: Programming Function keys using shift/cntrl

Hi Robin,

Yes , I came across this in my searches, I wrongly thought that programming Shift F0-9 would be a breeze......

No chance, time to rethink.....I think... :D

Re: Programming Function keys using shift/cntrl

Hi Mince,

I was kinda hoping it would just need a prefix of some sort.

Fkey0 generates A
Shift Fkey0 generates B
Cntrl Fkey0 generates C

All program keystrips seem to have these shifts.......

Thanks

Re: Master128 not seeing ARA III Cartridge Images

Hi Dave,

I used a 3.5 with the y2k and DFS 2.45 fix,
But I also split the image to insert other apps instead of view, view sheet and edit,
I must have altered something else too,
I will investigate and report anything unusual.

Thanks

Re: Master128 not seeing ARA III Cartridge Images

Hi Dave, I have replaced the original MOS 3.2 prom and it works ok. I have been using a variant of the fixed 3.5 image which must have broken something. More investigation required on my part. I would however like to trace the utils I mentioned in the above post, it would make moving between master ...

Hi Folks, I’m probably doing something silly...... I have an ARA III cartridge that does not display its contents with *ROMS. There are two images installed which show up ok on my Electron. Re: Yarrb - redesigned

Hi Dave and Roland. I changed over the position of the jumper to the left, and it booted up fine and I tested the Asteroid program and others. The YARRB was installed as a new install, with my own IC’s inserted, and the noise killer. The Asteroids game worked ok, but did crash a couple of times with...

Hi Hoglet,

It does start with the beep at the end, and your program triggers it too.

It sounds like a machine gun, continuous single bleeps.

Hi Chris, I remade your mod again, this time I left out pin 10 on ic44 as directed. The problem is still there when I killed in Asteroids, but other newer games, like chuckle egg, run ok . Hi Dave, Thanks for your input, I suppose I can reflow the connections on the 6847, but that’s about it. Hi Folks,

I am scrolling through the menu trying random programs, it certainly seems a bit more stable, it would normally have crashed starting programs by now....15 minutes up.

There is more noise on screen as expected, without the noise killer.
