Re: Today I received.....

Well technically, last week I received...

An original Atari ST Fast BASIC manual, to go with the Fast BASIC cartridge that I recently acquired with an Atari 520STe from eBay. Thanks to JonB for spotting I had the cartridge and offering the manual.

Finally got one! FDCFFA45-C6EA-4115-AB4E-E9D6F0E4670E.jpeg Shame about the fold in overlay but I think I prefer it not to be there anyway. I don’t think it had been cleaned since 1982. Yuck. Seems to be working ok although I don’t have a cart to test that with. It has the background buzz so presuma...

Re: Today I received.....

Well technically last week... The Evercade Retro Handheld Games Console and all 10 currently released cartridges for the console. Total of 122 retro games. They have numbered each of the cartridges, so for collectors like me, that means I will have to buy every one so I can display them on a shelf w...

An Atari 520STE with 1mb of RAM and an external floppy drive Lots of joysticks and a bunch of dead Atari mice and a box full of floppy disks, a fair few of them are originals and there are a few ST Format cover disks thrown in for good measure. There is also a Fast BASIC ROM cartridge. I had an Atar...

Re: Today I received.....

Brian Aldiss (one of my favourite classic SF writers) Science Fiction Quiz.

Both cassettes load great on my Electron, although I haven't played all 20 quizzes yet.

Looks to be written in BASIC so might stick it on a floppy disk for ease of playing :-)

I also have a friend in here in the UK who owns an SMD assembly company, so if there's a demand for UK based manufacture I'm sure I could sort out some mates' rates. That sounds interesting as China may be on lock-down for a while yet! Dave H :D Just watched a YouTube video from Tom at WiFi Sheep. ...

Second item this week is a Phillips G7000 Videopac Computer from eBay. It was in a large plastic carry case with slots f...
