Original loop aerial intact for proper retro look  8 channel push button analogue manual tuner. £25. Col...

Re: RPC with faulty keyboard interface

Hi,
Have you checked the internal battery?
If it's good try leaving it disconnected for an hour then try again.
Apologies if you've already tried this.
Cheers :)

Re: Torch Z80 Problems

Any addresses that are below 0F hex and / or which refer to a/the 8255 (82C55) are Z80 I/O port addresses. You are looking for the base address of the 6522 VIA in the Tube address range. Mark Hi, I typed in the co-pro test from this post http://stardot.org.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=15087 Would ...

Hi, I've just tried replacing the 6522 as suggested. I pulled one from a beeb IC3 socket on a machine that has a RAM fault. This chip in the Z80 board made no difference. Torch Z80 Problems

Hi, Dragging this back from the past as I've got pretty much the same issue and there's no solution on this one! The screen shot with a few squares on it, I can get a full screen of them. I've got an 8721 fdd controller and a torch V1.21 ABL ROM, the Z80 board has a CCCP V1.02 ROM. I've had arrive t...

Re: sideways Ram

Hi,
Is it an eeprom?
It's a cross between ROM and RAM. It keeps it's memory for years without a battery and you can erase it in place.
You can't use it as ram for copy buffers and the like.
Cheers,
Gavin :)

I now have so many diodes I can rectify the world. (Hmm, maybe all of them together will rectify that Brexit idiocy?). Re: Eclipse PowerPad Driver Issues

Hi,
I had problems with zipped stuff.
I was unzipping it first and then n transferring it to my RISC machine. Apparently you can only unzip on the actual RISC machine.
Sorry that's the extent of my knowledge!
Cheers :)
