Found a Epson CM6000 / HX-20 seems to be a laptop from early 1989. Going by eBay seems to have Basic in it! under Back cover , 3x 128 /16k roms, do these need archived for MESS etc? Battery is shot to bits, rusted the keyboard ribbon & where it attaches to the MB power connector... hope you fix it,...

low capacity sd cards, second hand but appear to work, ideal for retro stuff of course...

Sweet i did a fair bit of 6502 way back on the vic and pet but hardly ever touched it on the beeb, this is fantastic and just what i need to refresh my memory and with my target system as well...

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. Hi Andy and welcome! The datacentre is awesome. Did you get the CF card HDD with it? Lardo nopes, but... i do plan on trying out an old 2.5" ide laptop hdd with it. so that wil be 2 machines using such a drive in 8 bit mode :mrgreen: the other machine is my spec...
