Re: Atomwide A5000 8MB

Does this help explain? "Fitting the 4Mb upgrade is a simple task involving no soldering or expert knowledge. The 4 to 8Mb upgrade however, requires the A5000 to be sent to Atomwide for fitting. Courier collection & delivery of your machine is therefore included in the price. 4Mb RAM card - £110.00 ...

I bet everyone is watching these already, they will go for a lot as they are quiet rare. I won’t bid myself, just watching.

Probably something someone should reverse engineer and sell.
Certainly a good idea, also it would be nice to have the Econet tester reversed engineered and modernised too!

I never ran out of Econet Modules, but I just haven't advertised them for a while as there is a ready supply of A4000 style modules still available elsewhere. The key benefit of yours, they are socketed! =D> I don't belive they are, the two I have don't have sockets. Ah, I was simply going by the p...

Re: Today I received.....

It turns out I've managed to leave a ground pad isolated, despite having a ground plane across most of the board base, so not quite ready for sharing yet. I'll fix that at some point next week, and publish the design once I've has a set come back I know is correct. Given the size of the boards, it'...

Re: Risc PC - starting from scratch!

Thanks for the reply. Try a ping to the loopback address, and the address you have configured on the card: ping 127.0.0.1 ping 192.168.1.<x> Where <x> is the number between 2 and 254 you have allocated your Risc PC, assuming .1 is your router. Both work as expected. This is excellent news, as it sh...

Hi, I would like one of each style please (A3000 and A440), but I am unable to make Wakefield. I would be happy to be added to the list for a next round if they get made to allow Wakefield attendees first dibs. Happy to pay UK P&P.
