Don't know what to make of this one,love the concept, not liking the actual clunky game play too much, no option to play joystick unless I use mouse emulation through beeb-em. Will have another few turns and post what ever scores comes out, will be minimal. Well done for getting a decent score thoug...

My analysis of this game is it's mostly random in it's challenges. In theory, a good platformer should be somewhat predictable once you master the keys. Point in case, Yoyo was insanely difficult but very predictable once you had a plan. You could 'count' on it to not change unless you did somethin...

Thanks Ed, I've been playing again this morning, must of had probably 30 games before I made it through level 3 and most of those I didn't get past level 2, no new high score just wanted to share and agree on ...

I beat my old score and then had another go and beat it again, made it through level 3 and the game cycles back to level 1 but with less platforms, couldn't make it past level 4...

Not a bad game, jumps can be tricky and random elements make it challenging, made it to level 2.

Big bonus for allowing key redefine, I'm using WASD, Enter Jump, Shift Sword

Finally got into the 20k range, so easy to make lots of little mistakes. Super impressed by the number of levels and variety, slightly better controls would make this the perfect adventure platformer.

I've got to 10K without losing a life but you don't get an extra life then (the maximum amount of lives is the same as you have at the start of the game) :( If planned right you could get one of the inescapable area yoyos but it needs to be done in just the right way as to be in the the correct pos...

Great poll idea! A map may help to better plan out an efficient route so I'm all for it, and you'd still need to be able to pull off the moves anyway, it may help avoid random deaths when moving from screen to screen so not sure if that is classed as cheating or not but I guess we'd all have the sam...

So the secret to this game is to play it enough, get past your own frustrations, until you get the hang of it. I'm actually starting to like it a bit and it is also addictive.....sorry FS, it's just several plays that's needed. Not a lack of plays for me, it's a lack of patience :lol: Slightly bett...

There are some POC bits in there like changing modes and other stuff... still working on...

And another thing... the maddening speed ups and slow downs make it hard to react and control the ship :-x
