Using Tap Dancer to load Electron Games

As the title suggests- I have recently been pottering around using Tap Dancer on the Amstrad Cpc with rather excellent results and to a lesser extent I have been experimenting with said app on the Spectrum, I then noticed that the app is also useable on the good old Electron so I have set my system ...

Re: Mastertronic Electron games

Yes I agree, there were plenty of classics by Mastertronic on the Spectrum, on the C64 they started off-shall we say a bit...erm...less than good?! Then hit a reasonable stride later on. As for the Commodore 16 they practically were C16 software! As a company I have a lot of nostalgia for I naturall...

Mastertronic Electron games

For all my other systems I always manage to get a shed load of Mastertronic games, in fact you could say I pretty much collect them! I see there are a few on the Electron so my question to the great Acorn public is- Roughly how many Mastertronic games are there for the Electron and how many would yo...

Re: Essential Electron games I should own...

Thanks guys, that is a pretty good bunch of titles to consider! I have Hobgoblin and I like that, Hobgoblin 2 is on my hit list as are a few amongst the titles you all have listed. I am very much enjoying the Electron, it really is an underrated machine, it rarely gets mentioned in Retro Gamer but p...

Essential Electron games I should own...

As I have recently become a convert to the ways of the Electron I was wondering if you would be so kind as to make some recommendations regarding Must Have Games.... I have Overdrive and Crazee Racer both of which I find good fun, are there anymore Racers to recommend? I enjoy titles like Manic Mine...

Hello everyone, firstly- thanks for having me, secondly- I am new to Acorn computers and have just taken delivery of an Electron today, I have a big history with Spectrum and Commodore machines but have never sampled the delights of an Electron. So 33 years after launch here I am with an awful lot o...
