Re: Does anyone know LOGO?

I am being sent an original copy of the manual for AcornSoft's Logo (which should make things a lot easier going forward). I plan to scan it to PDF and will put a copy up here once it's done :) Out of interest, did this materialise? It would be wonderful to see. Thanks. Sadly not, I'm still on the ...

Re: Micro Bugs (Sherston Software - 1989)

Does anyone know what to enter after you start the game when it says 'Input Your Security Code', and you have to enter an 8 digit number? I'm guessing there's some sort of anti-piracy serial number written on the diskette - I can't see any mention to it on the scanned manual To start the game it's ...

Re: LOLPRICE

I seriously doubt that was a legitimate sale. Look at the bidding history . Fairly normal bidding up to £40. Then one of the existing bidders is pushed up to £330 and then out by e***e, who is a new bidder. There is then an insane bidding war between e***e and r***a (who is also a new bidder). The ...

RPCEmu vs. Virtual Acorn (Or Others?)

Hi All,

I've not done much with emulators before but I'm having a go at the moment.

I see that Virtual Acorn allows physical CD and Floppy drives to be accessed via RISC-OS, is the same true of RPCEmu?

Thanks,
James

The thing is though, the seller is in no way to blame for this. They listed it at a pretty low starting bid, it's eBayers that have pushed it to that.

Re: BBC Master Compact

Wahoo! I have sourced a Compact and a Philips Monitor! :D

The only thing left to track down is a Disc Drive Unit to go with it (however I can at least get started with it as it is now I know I can use a seperate PSU).

I'll post some pics once I have it :)
