Re: !ADFFS

This is awesome John - I've been using this on the Pi and on my real A4000 - works a treat!

I think we may have a regression with Fire & Ice on 247b - it displays garbled images very soon after loading and then drops back to the Pi desktop.

Can you reproduce it? If not I can provide more details.

Re: Wanted: A3000?

Thanks for the help all. Time to hit eBay!

I can see there's an A4000 on there right now with RO3.1. No monitor but I could figure that out later.

Would this be a good starter purchase?

Re: Wanted: A3000?

Thanks for the info all! A few more questions: are there any major benefits of going with an A3000 vs an A300/400/500? Is it only the 3000-series and above that have HDD support? Is there a significant performance difference when playing games or any memory restrictions I should be aware of? Thanks ...

Wanted: A3000?

Hi All, I'm looking for an Archimedes setup to rekindle my youth and play some old games. It seems like an A3000 is the most compatible ... but any other highly compatible models will do (willing to take advice here!) I'm also not clear on if I can use a modern LCD monitor - or whether I need to pur...
