Re: A3010 mouse not moving

I've just checked and the fuse is open. The little piece of metal that fell into the mouse plug actually made a shortcut burning the fuse. I've seen that the very component (Shurter Surface Mount Fuse OMF 63V 250mA) is still sold. I'm going to order some immedately :D Thanks a lot for your help!! =D>

It seems to be there even on my board :D

Should check if it is a short or it is interrupted?

Ok, my A3010 is one with the adelaide board.

Does this model have the same fuse?

Thanks again.

Re: A3010 mouse not moving

Check the Fuse on the main board which feeds the mouse socket (FS5). Other wise I'd open the mouse and check I had a connection from the cable in the mouse to each pin on IC9, to confirm the cable and connectors are all making good connection. Thanks! I'll try with the fuse. I must add that pressin...

A3010 mouse not moving

Hi! After one the plug pins of my A3010 mouse broke falling into the plug the mouse itself stopped working with the cursor remaiming fixed in the center of the screen after the computer boots. I assumed that the little piece of metal was making a false contact and I proceed to solder a new mouse plu...

Re: Changing the mouse socket on an A3010

Unless you can get in there with tweezers, replacing the socket's probably the easiest thing. How easy that is depends on the gear you've got and how well practiced you are at desoldering? Solder sucker + temp controlled iron would be the minimum to tackle it? I don't think there's another mouse he...

Changing the mouse socket on an A3010

Hi! One if the pins of the DIN mouse plug of one of my A3010 has broken inside the socket and while trying to pull it out it disappeared inside the socket itself. From that point on, any mouse has stopped working as the A3010 detects correctly the pushing of buttons but the mouse movement has no eff...

Re: Using a Baildon Electronics IDE Podule with a CF Card

How should I format the card? The same way as old school HD's - with HForm. Seems unlikely. Most IDE boards came with a custom format tool. The 8-bit Castle card was a notable exception and ZIDEFS patches Hform to talk to the IDE hardware. I think a Baildon/APDL specific tool is required. Is this t...

Should the CF/SD Cards be of a fixed capacity, or can I use any card?

Would love to build one, but how can I program the GAL?

Do you know a programmer I can actually buy able to program those components?

Thanks.

Re: ICE T65/Z80/6809

Hi, they asked me what was the value of a certain resistor near the SPI PROM (R136) on my board, and it appears that I have a board with the wrong resistor value (270 Ohm instead of 330 Ohm). Perhaps your board has the same problem. I've written them about that, and I hope I'll be entitled for a boa...

Re: ICE T65/Z80/6809

Attached: avrz80cpu.zip Thanks a lot ! I'll try it when I'm back home.
