look for item on this forum bbc PSU, was the psu not the same as bbc ? is the problem still short circuit or is the light still on if you turn the psu on ? the problem is maybe the flyback circuit. if the psu is allmost the same as bbc psu read the item about bbc psu it can be a lot of small things ...

white is all the colours RGB together :)

try mode 2 for colour

or in mode 7

if colours are not the right one maybe reverse colours ?

oke in simple englisch please :) what is the problem ? if you turn on your bbc , connecting uhf out to tv arial in you get picture ? if you turn on your bbc , connecting video out to tv video in with yellow cable and convertor to scart tv in no picture ? if you turn your master on , no picture on tv...

i have allso not must time for the bbc ...... pin 12 with jumper on piep , jumper off no piep :) i will puzzle sometime some more :) still wonder ? use multimeter. on 74ls682 pin 10 black red on pin 12 , piep ? red on 14 piep ? red on 16 piep ? red on 18 piep ? how works electron with roms ?
where is adfs rom and pres plus 1 rom ?
not on MB board ?

i think the sideway 6264 has a conflict with these roms.
maybe the board was before they install the adfs rom and/or plus1 rom ?

oke i am allmost there. but need better picture underside. it is ram :) ,duh i think the switch up , black=gnd connected to white wire no adress selection needed switch down ,white connected to white need a adress above .... i have a problem i think the red thing is a jumper connecting q4 of sn74ls6...

i think if the PCB board is gone. by fire . all other thinks are fixable. allmost every chip is to buy :)
but if there are no tracks left you have a problem. new board oke , but still the old board is gone then

i think you have to look at pc software :) on the smart-spi make ssd , you can maybe alter the smart-spi rom so that after it test sd card with cmd0 you get answer cmd0 give responce ??? but there are sd card without spi mode , and if no spi mode it will never work on bbc :( Did you use the SD card ...

i don't think that will help ? the card must responce to calls , if wrong format . it gives an other error
was it not wrong format or so

which cards , brand and other marks ? there are some sd cards that don't have the SPI protocol only the other protocol ( more lines, don't know the name so) that's why the will work with PC because the pc can work with the two protocols bbc (our mmc/mmb card reader ) works only under SPI proctocol a...
