Dee-Kay and Ashley Greenup Railway Simulations

Postby leenew » Sat Sep 16, 2017 2:31 pm

Hi,
I have prepared 28 railway simulations to go on bbcmicro.co.uk
2 by Ashley Greenup, and 26 by Dee-Kay Systems.

Does anyone have any others??

Ashley Greenup: Depotmaster Finsbury Park
Ashley Greenup: Depotmaster Old Oak Common

Dee-Kay Systems: Class 50 Fleet Manager
Dee-Kay Systems: Cornish Riviera
Dee-Kay Systems: Deltic Fleet Manager
Dee-Kay Systems: Flying Scotsman
Dee-Kay Systems: Gatwick Express
Dee-Kay Systems: Lickey Route
Dee-Kay Systems: Master Cutler
Dee-Kay Systems: Mendips Stone
Dee-Kay Systems: Merry-Go-Round
Dee-Kay Systems: Mid Day Scot
Dee-Kay Systems: Peak Fleet Manager
Dee-Kay Systems: Royal Scot
Dee-Kay Systems: RTC Birmingham
Dee-Kay Systems: RTC Buxton
Dee-Kay Systems: RTC Crewe
Dee-Kay Systems: RTC Doncaster
Dee-Kay Systems: RTC Kings Cross
Dee-Kay Systems: RTC Lime Street
Dee-Kay Systems: RTC Paddington
Dee-Kay Systems: RTC Penzance
Dee-Kay Systems: RTC Scot Rail Express
Dee-Kay Systems: Shedmaster Bounds Green
Dee-Kay Systems: Shedmaster Finsbury Park
Dee-Kay Systems: South Devon Hydraulics
Dee-Kay Systems: Tees Tyne Pullman
Dee-Kay Systems: Thames Local

Also, I have a couple of problems:

RTC Paddington did not have a loader screen. (I have hacked one together). Does anyone have the original tape/disc?
South Devon Hydraulics crashes with a NO ROOM error. Was this ever released on disc? If so, does anyone have it?

Thanks in advance,

Lee.

Hi,
Now I have the screenshots of the front pages of these games on bbcmicro.co.uk: http://bbcmicro.co.uk/index.php?rt_R=on ... on&on_Z=on
I have noticed we have a few Electron Versions instead of the BBC version.
So, does anyone have any of these laying around that load with the colourful MODE 7 title screen that we don't have??
Thanks!

By the way... does anyone find these interesting??
I have Googled a few references to people playing these games and they aren't on computer forums, but they are on Railway forums.
Are they for "Train spotters" only?

p.s. A lot of the instructions to play these games can be found here: http://everygamegoing.com/search.php?ke ... _type_id=2

I think you'd need to know your locomotives and routes involved to be any good at any of these. They are really for a niche market.
