Points will be awarded using the following formula.
points = (YS / BS * 50) + ((NOP - YP + 1) * (50 / NOP))
YS = Your Score
BS = Best Score
NOP = Number of Players
YP = Your Position

Ok, folks, this is a great game in my books. I first came upon this on my A3010 and kind of got addicted to it because I only had a few good games on the A3010.

I never played it more than a few games until now, but this is interesting. First 2 goes I got to 13200. I saw on beebgames.com that Jeremy scored almost 180k so a long way to go...

Best score so far, never massively keen on this game, it's OK, but gets a bit boring after a while, especially with just 1 life. The RISC OS version is worth a go.

Yes, I first came upon this game on my A3010..... loved it on that platform but this is pretty good, not quite so colourful but playable nevertheless.

might try again, but not my cup of tea

got to level7 : 7,550

I used all the squares in 4 rounds.

ah, a challenge. First try to go for all squares I just missed 1 square. This time it went well but on level 2 I overlooked something trivial while hastening to lay about all blocks that were of no immediate use. Score 52,650. Still a week left so should have time to improve it a lot more.

A few more goes and downside of trying to get almost all squares is that if it fails you get not many points per level due all blocks subtracted. Got to 65,650.

Well my speed is nothing compared to barbarossa69, but I suspect he has played this or a similar game quite a bit in the past

Last week I played a few games, but then today I went for the all-blocks-used bonus as that is clearly the way to get high scores. I've gone to much higher levels with test-play (last week after the 13200 score) but it doesn't give that many points...

Trying that (to get all blocks used bonus) also forces you to become much better at anticipating and tactics...

Well, this game is just too fast for my mind. I find myself running out of time with the sludge catching me before I can formulate a good plan but at least I did well to get this score.... 44,450.....
