I'll start with a very modest score. I can see this is going to be a bit on the difficult side with the usual 'pixel perfect' precision needed to close out each level.

An 8 bit classic (whichever platform you were on) , not played it for while, best score so far, shame we can't do Jet Set Willy as a high score challenge, but there is no high score, just maximum number of items to collect, unless you go by the time taken to complete it.

Starting to learn more about each level... makes it a bit frustrating redoing the earlier stages as everything has to go perfect to get a chance to practice the higher levels. Menagerie had me stumped there for a while as I kept dying while falling too far when jumping for the last key, started trying silly moves and worked out the secret.

Hoping to give this one a good play through 8)

It's getting tougher, a little along the lines of Vindaloo or Mouse Trap in difficulty it feels like to me.....

This game doesn't keep a high score table so if it's on real hardware, you have to be very fast with a camera or screen capture software and on an emulator, you have to screen capture quickly. A bit short-sighted to have no high score table within the game.

Hi thanks FourthStone but I think your congratulations a bit premature
I was pretty dash with the real BBC Micro hardware first go right past you guys
..but as soon as I tried it on the Mac BeemEm it wasn't anywhere near so smooth :!:
for a start I am using a hi-res mode on my 15-inch MBP which makes the default BeebEm window look tiny on the screen 640 x 480
I tried changing it to full screen but then I found the Apple Screen Capture keys didn't work so I completely missed the boat trying to capture the foot crushing me with proofs of completing further than Eugene's Lair
So retrying a few times not really as fresh anymore I manage to equal that of KarateEd and a few of you other guys :x Pablo

Ok That Vat was really unfair I was literally nano seconds away from progressing but the kangaroo at the bottom killed me even though I wasn't really that close ](*,) but hey at least BeebEm on Windows 7 plays a lot like the real BBC Micro

Also found it a lot quickly to dash dash for the mouse rather than have to remember a keypress to capture the screen  Pablo

Enough for today, small steps... worked out level 6 just couldn't link it all together :-k

I think the extra life is for reaching 10k as I got it without completing level 6.

Up to level 9 now but seems a bit of a low score for that far.... probably I'm not being efficient enough.

I've been really busy of late so had no time to join in but later today I'm going to lock myself in the garage for an hour or so with a beeb and a TV and see if I can get a few goes of this in.
