Spectrum Currah MicroSource

Postby Pernod » Mon Sep 18, 2017 6:39 pm

I believe we have a few Spectrum people here so thought I'd ask. I'm looking for a ROM for the Currah MicroSource as documented at http://www.shadowmagic.org.uk/spectrum/roms.html. There is a copy out there but is actually a TZX image and the contents are the wrong size.
It looks like the Fuse emulator recently supported this and am looking to add support in MAME. Can anyone help?

I might be misunderstood but I thought it was some kind of analogue sound device?

Is this it: currah.rom?

With my RISC OS system offline I'm not able to dig into my files much.

Edit: ah, the microSOURCE not the microSPEECH. ;)

Believe it or not, Currah actually made more expansions than just the microspeach. And they also made expansions for some other micros as well.

I can't remember if I have a copy of the ROM. I downloaded various ROMs from a web site a few years ago. If I have time, I'll see if I do have it.
