So, the fabulous Apple IIe that I've been poking at this last week is finally back together :) Here is some Apple expose:
PSU disaster:

PSU earth repair, and RIFA's replaced before they went bang:

A quick upgrade to a IIe enhanced whilst I'm at it (A13 on the ROMs is driven high, so you can use 27C128s with the images in both halves with impunity):

Looking very nice.

So thats what the loading screen of POP looks like. The version I have, which to be fair is a hacked 2 disc version, loads junk at that point.
BBC model B 32k issue 4, 16k sideways RAM, Watford 12 ROM board, Retroclinic Datacentre + HDD, Viglen twin 40/80 5.25" discs, acorn cassette, Acorn 6502 coproc
BBC model B 32k issue 7, turboMMC, Opus Challenger 3 512k, Pi 3 coproc
