Wow . . . That's brought back memories . . . I remember the Royal Horticultural Hall well - The parking was alway a problem . . . At one show about 90% of the cars belonging to people 'setting-up' were clamped on the Friday afternoon - the annoying thing was a traffic warden had agreed we would be OK then promptly went off duty! . . . His replacement was a complete jobsworths and wouldn't believe us. So we just left the cars where they were as Saturday and Sunday were free. Although it did involve either a taxi or, in my case, :oops: a walk to the unclamping centre to pay the fine. Ah! Happy days :lol:
