Jon . . . The list is too big for a single post :^o  I also have you down for 6 built with 7 cases? That may be wrong though  Is it 8 cases?

Down for 1 built with case :D

Hmmm! Just tried to add the list - How on earth can you add a formatted table to a post? Anyone?

Hmmm! Master Dave, list formatted, possible is not! Instead use the code tag force... Use fixed spaces, not tabs. Some text editors can produce tabbed columns using spaces instead of tabs.

Example:

Code: Select all

One two three
 1   2   3
 A   B   C

Or export a picture image from your favourite PC spreadsheet...

It is why I moved hardware list off of forum, doing tables is not that great in phpbb, very basic.

I see you've got me down for a cased one Dave, but not whether I want kit or built up. It's definitely the kit please, building these projects is half the fun! :D

Here is where nearly 1.5hrs of soldering gets me, received yesterday, many thanks Dave 8)

Kit

To save yourself 4x those wee caps thingy ma bobs, you already had them soldered on to prog that square chip, so only need 8 in kit.
also the angled jumper changer at right hand side
J1/J2/J3 needs to be 6 long, I had 2x 4 long.

now IF I get another hour to myself, can try the DataCentre on it , as the internal version works fine from a mobile phone USB 5v 1amp adaptor :)

From Page 20: Note: C20, C21, J3 and R12 are not fitted.

was using the picture at back of guide Pg19, as a pic tells me a thousand words!
So I've actually picked the right jumpers, not using J3 (see pic above) so done it right 8)
Now to get kids in bed, & heat the iron for the ports :) then 1:30am bed for me :-s ...again #-o

The 5x cap 10u 'fatter' on right of writing on it has to go to the white dot for + on PCB.

Col,

Here's the the patched version of RAMFS 1.04 (now called RAMFS 1.05).
ERAMFS105.zip
(10.19 KiB) Downloaded 8 times

The only change was to relocate the Tube registers from &FEE5 to &FCE5.

You might also want to try my Elk port of ADFS 1.30:
https://github.com/hoglet67/ADFS130/releases

The ROM you want to try on an Elk with a Data Center is ELK103.rom.

Prices and options . . .

The cases are not yet available and probably won't be until next month.

So, if you would like your kit or built AP5 now, please let me know. You'll only pay for the kit or built unit now.

The down side: When the cases are available you'll have the extra postal charges. Sorry, I'm still no nearer a price for the case, however, I'm aiming for £5.00.

Price for an AP5 kit is: £29.00
Price for a built AP5 is: £35.00
